It's hard to believe it's almost over. It doesn't seem like we went over 3,900 miles. Each day had it's own beauty and challenges. But the ride was one day at a time and did not at all feel like a tremendous challenge. I'm just lucky to have had the time and the ability to take this ride. And we were all lucky to have ended up with such a wonderful and cohesive group of riders. I could not have scripted this ride any better.

Suntan on riders who wore sandals
Three cross country riders. No support, their bikes were loaded. It's good to be young.
Me and Nancy. It's the official end of the ride. Nancy and Mike are not continuing to the Atlantic in Portland, Maine. The rest of us have 2 more days of riding.
