Riding Day Ten - July 1 to Eureka, Montana

Today was a day of 3 rides, 30 miles in the rain, 30 miles under the cover of the clouds and 15 miles of climbing in the hot sun. The road follows the Koocanusa Lake. The lake is man made by the Libby Dam and the name is made up from Kootenai river, Canada and USA (KooCanUsa). The road starts at the river, with long climbs into the hills, rapid descents to the river, and then the cycle starts all over again, climb and descent. It was work.

The Rockies are looming

Nancy running the nightly meeting, reviewing the route for the next day.
